''Set OnGlobal On|OFF''

''OnGlobal'' is ''On'' by default.

This command turns on or off the ability to process ALL interrupts.

When ''OnGlobal'' is set to ''Off'' and then set to On, all interrupt settings in
effect before ''OnGlobal'' was set to ''Off'' will be still be in effect.

If you don’t use any interrupts, you can turn off all interrupts using ''Set OnGlobal Off ''to increase the CUBLOC's execution speed.
