1. Prepare a panel cutout according to the dimensions pictured below, and add the standoffs in alignment with the mounting holes on the product.

• Standoff height should be 7mm.(M3 is recommended)
• Standoffs are usually attached to the rear of the panel to avoid marring the aesthetics of the front.

2. Mount the product in alignment with of the standoffs at the rear of the panel.

3. The product can now be fastened to the panel. While fastening check the alignment of the LCD from the front side, and compensate for any slight deviations.

Please be sure the standoffs are 7mm in height from the rear face of the panel.

4. Fasten the bolts/screws, securing the product to the panel, and completing the assembly.

1. Prepare a panel cutout according to the dimensions pictured below (panel thickness should be no more than 5mm). Add 4 mounting holes of Ø3.4 aligned with the mounting holes of the product.

2. Prepare 4 M3 screws nuts. Insert the 4 nuts into the nut sockets on the pack of the product as shown below.

3. Align the nuts with the holes in the panel.

4. The product can now be fastened to the panel. While fastening check the alignment of the LCD from the front side, and compensate for any slight deviations.

5. Fasten the bolts/screws, securing the product to the panel, and completing the assembly.

Prepare a plastic injection molded panel according to the dimensions pictured below.

1. The following images illustrate an arbitrary injection molded panel as an example. 4 BSO standoffs should be added at the time of manufacturing.

• Standoff height should be 7mm.(M3 Ø8 is recommend)

2. Mount the product in alignment with of the standoffs at the rear of the panel.

3. The product can now be fastened to the panel. While fastening check the alignment of the LCD from the front side, and compensate for any slight deviations.

Please be sure the standoffs are 7mm in height from the rear face of the panel.

4. Fasten the bolts/screws, securing the product to the panel, and completing the assembly.
