The Progress Bar widget can be used to visually articulate a value with respect to a range. Often this is used to show how much an operation has progressed, but can also be creatively used for other purposes.

Add a Progress Bar widget to the screen and double-click it to open its properties window

Set the progress bar's orientation.

Specify how the progress bar receives its data.

Specify the minimum and maximum values for the bound data.

Customize the appearance of the progress bar.
