Water Resistant Front Panel Model Installation


CHA-070WR Panel Cutout

Recommended panel thickness: 1.6 to 5.0 (mm) [0.07 to 0.2 (in)]. A panel made from a strong material (e.g. stainless steel) will better protected against dust or water.


CHA-070WR Panel Mounting

Mounting brackets are supplied with each purchase. (Upper/Lower 2 ea.)

(Do not separate the bolt and the bracket. Leave the bolt inserted into the bracket as show in the image below.)

1. Prepare a panel cutout according to the CHA-070WR dimensions, and insert the device into the cutout.

2. Insert the brackets into the bracket mounting holes as shown in the image below, pulling the bracket back to lock it into place.

3. Tighten the bracket mounting bolts to secure the device to the panel. (CAUTION!! Over-tightening the bolts can cause deformation and/or damage to the device or panel.)

4. Repeat for each bracket, and verify that the product is properly mounted and secured to the panel.

2. Insert the brackets into the bracket mounting holes as shown in the image below, pulling the bracket back to lock it into place.

4. Repeat for each bracket, and verify that the product is properly mounted and secured to the panel.
