Use CuTOUCH to control temperature for a wine cavas!

Use CuTOUCH to control temperature for a wine cavas made with 2 sensors LM335,
1 submerged a bottle of wine and
the other environmental temperature of cavas.

The temperature stays in 16 degrees celcius.

The equipment controls 2 compressors.

What kind of sensors was installed to monitor the temperature? and how you connect them to the Cutouch.
I tried with the circuit recommended in the manual page 330 (NTC sensors) but the reads at temperature lower than 40 °C are wrong according to tha table. For example, at 0°C the voltage read is like 30 °C. The range of temperature that I need is betwwen -5°C to 15 °C. What you can recommend me tu use.

I prefer Lm34 or 35. get the dz model as the precision is higher. They are very simple to hook up to your ADC ports.
