외부 장치에서 값을 읽어와 내부 영역에 저장하는 기능입니다.

목적지를 //내부 메모리//로 하면 외부장치로 부터 여러 개의 워드를 읽어와 //내부 메모리//에 저장할 수 있습니다. 비트 상태이므로 0 또는 1로 저장됩니다.
