====== COM Port Check and RS232C Troubleshooting ===== Do you have a problem uploading to a CUBLOC/MSB device? If you don't see any COM ports, check your PC BIOS or USB driver (e.g. in Windows Device Manager) first. * CUBLOC Studio can use COM1~9 only. Short pins 2 and 3. {{ :cubloc:comportcheck:short23a.png?nolink |}} And then select "RS232C port Echo test" If you see "Good" then you know your COM port is working. {{ :cubloc:comportcheck:echotest_ok.png?nolink |}} ===== Firmware Download ===== "Firmware download" will erase CUBLOC main chip's flash memory. and upload the CUBLOC's RTOS image to the CUBLOC's main chip's flash memory.
